In 2008, several seasoned executives came together to discuss  their biggest sales challenges and one thing was clear... everyone was frustrated with sales cycles getting increasingly long.

STS Associates was born, fueled by our passion for identifying and eliminating the obstacles that stand in the way of efficiently delivering solutions to your end users.

Michael Kerman,  Principal/Founder

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of marketing, sales and product management.  He has held senior- and executive-level positions at several Fortune 500 technology companies where he has:

  • Experience working with more than 15,000 marketing and sales professionals across 4 continents
  • Successfully introduced more than 100 consumer and corporate solutions, generating more than $3B in revenue
  • Consistently able to reduce cost-per-lead  and sales-cycle time by 20%-40%
  • Become a sought-after speaker on technology trends, sales strategies and leadership for industry events, social networking events as well as TV and radio

Michael earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Masters-level coursework in Computer Science at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University.
